新修订后的《安全生产法》自2014年12月1日起执行。为提高广大干部员工群众的知法、守法、执法意识，为新《安全生产法》施行营造强大的舆论氛围和良好的执法环境，根据集团公司要求和公司安排部署，索力得公司采取切实可行的措施，认真抓好新修改的《安全生产法》的宣传、学习、贯彻落实工作。

一、逐级进行传达学习。公司高度重视新《安全生产法》的贯彻学习，通过召开班子成员会议、安全办公会、中层管理人员会议、月度工作会、班前班后会、群监工作会等会议逐级进行传达学习。学习中注重“新旧结合、前后对比”，系统全面地加强对新修改的《安全生产法》确立的新制度、新内容、新罚则的学习确保各项制度不折不扣地贯彻执行。

二、多形式地开展宣传活动。充分发挥工会组织“大宣教、大学校”作用，通过壁报栏、悬挂宣传标语、举办专题板报、发放宣传资料等方式，大力开展宣传活动，形成强大的舆论氛围和宣传声势。

三、组织全员考试，检验学习效果。在组织学习的基础上，由安全生产部、政工部、工会牵头负责，分期分批组织全员进行检验考试，确保人人熟知、人人掌握，增强红线意识。
